Ashanti Shequoiya Doug, often called Ashanti was born on October 13 on the 13th of October, 1980 in Glen Cove New York United States. She's a performer and an actress from in the United States. Ashanti, a teenage singer-songwriter and actress American, has been signed to Murder Inc. Records to record in 2002. She appeared in The Fat Joe's What's Luv? song that was released the following year. The song "What's Love?" by Fat Joe and Ja Rule's song "Always on Time were both huge hits.
